1.Managers should have subjective consciousness. Understand the details of the sample and record the styles that are particularly error prone when talking with linking technician about the sample. When making the bulk production, the detailed position of each style shall be explained. The color, elasticity and collar pull of the linking, especially the accessories of the scare bar, shall be explained, precautions, etc.
2.Staffs problem: Usually, employees count pieces and put efficiency first. Just sew more pieces every day and hand in more goods. But the requirements for the master are casual.
3.The linking technician shall conduct sampling inspection when the new style starts sewing. In view of the problems already mentioned, if someone make mistakes, you should point out that they can continue to sew large goods only after sewing finish face to face.
4.The inspector needs 100% inspection. Checking the sewing details, and it is forbidden to put the problematic panel to the next department.

Control quality through details
1.The special paper for linking is to indicate the style number, color, code number and the name of the sewing personnel on the paper. The paper should be placed in one place to avoid random placement and easy to tear and leak, which will cause unnecessary trouble to back-end colleagues.
2.If the linking part is found to be reworked in the later process, it shall be returned all. The linking technician can’t help to return the sewing. Eliminate unnecessary trouble.
The quality of the sewing plate affects the style of a sweater. If you just blindly pursue speed, eating edge, jumper, sewing thread, ear lifting, etc., it will be returned for rework during the later inspection. On the one hand, it will waste time. On the other hand, it will waste the money about sewing and ironing, which is a big loss for the factory.
